Shipping
Different products ship from various locations, which impacts shipping charges. There is a flat fee for each product category. Save on shipping by purchasing more products from the same category (they can have different designs; for example, two sweatshirts with two different logos). You can also review your shipping costs at checkout. Additionally, some products are made in different countries. Please read the product description to see where your product originates from. Production time is not included in the shipping estimate.

International shipping: up to 10-30 business days

Return Policy
Products made on demand are crafted per order and cannot be exchanged or returned unless proven faulty or damaged during transport. Please contact me within three days of delivery to arrange a reprint or refund if you received a faulty or damaged product. Include a description and photos of the defect or damage.
The product is made by a designated print provider and undergoes multiple quality checks by the provider. However, I'm unable to personally oversee each product as they are sent directly to you. If you happen to receive a faulty product, please don't hesitate to contact me to arrange a solution for you.
Occasionally, certain colours may go out of stock before the listing is updated. In such cases, you will be contacted within 24 hours of placing your order to discuss whether you would like to wait for a restock, receive a refund, or choose a different colour.
