Returns & Exchanges
As the product is made on demand by a print provider located in US, I unfortunately do not have the possibility to inspect every piece going out the production. The print provider provides quality check of every product before shipping it to you, however, if the print/embroidery is not up to standart and is defective, please contact me and I'll organize reprint or refund for you.
Product can be refunded or reprinted only if faulty or damanged during transport. Please contact me within three days from delivery to organize reprint or refund. Include description and photos of the defect or damage.
