This product is printed on demand. Your order is sent to a print/embroidery provider within 24 hours after order confirmation. Please allow 2-7 business days for production + shipping.
Shipping
Different products ship from diferent locations and this affects shipping charges. There is a flat fee for each product category. Save on shipping by purchasing more products of the same cathegory (can be a different design; eg. two sweatshirts with two diferent logos). You can also review your shipping cost at the checkout. Some products are also made in different countries. Read product description to see where your product comes from. production time is not included in shipping estimate.

Return Policy
Product can be refunded or reprinted if faulty or damanged during transport. Please contact me within three days from delivery to organize reprint or refund. Include description and photos of the defect or damage.
As the product is made on demand by a print provider located in US, I unfortunately do not have the possibility to inspect every piece going out the production. The print provider does quality check of every product before shipping it to you, however, if the print/embroidery is not up to standart or is defective, please contact me and I'll organize reprint or refund for you.
